Alert – Suspected ATM Fraud Cases

JETCO would like to alert the public and bank customers to suspected ATM frauds involving skimming devices and hidden cameras.

Customers are reminded to protect their Personal Identity Number (PIN) and ATM cards appropriately at all times. To stay safe when using ATMs, customers should cover the keypad while entering the PIN and watch out for any irregularities or suspicious devices attached to the card insertion slot and keypad cover. If customers observe any irregularity or tampering of the ATMs, they should contact their banks or report to the Police promptly.
